About Caitlin Tracey

I’m a recent graduate with a BBA from SFU’s Beedie School of Business, where I focused on Finance and explored my interest in Marketing. Since graduating with honours in 2023, I’ve been taking supplementary courses in Digital Marketing and E-commerce through Coursera to expand my skill set. With a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, I bring a unique blend of skills honed through diverse roles—from financial services at CIBC Wood Gundy (private wealth management) to leadership and customer service in the hospitality industry at Browns Social House. At CIBC, I successfully implemented a client tracking strategy that contributed to a 20% increase in commission. At Browns Social House I developed strong leadership and customer engagement skills, where I oversaw a team of 15 team members and built lasting customer relationships, increasing brand loyalty through exceptional service. I am passionate about applying my knowledge of marketing, finance, and operations to drive business growth. My experience with tools like Canva, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and my ongoing studies in digital marketing make me well-equipped to contribute to teams looking to optimize processes and drive results.
