About Caitlin Weber

With over a decade of experience in South Africa's dynamic media landscape, I’ve built a career at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. From driving audience engagement on award-winning radio shows to spearheading TV productions for brands like African Bank and SABC, I bring a holistic understanding of what moves people, and what moves the needle for business. My expertise spans multi-channel marketing, content development, and business operations. Whether I'm leading a production team, crafting a campaign strategy, or pitching big ideas to stakeholders, I thrive on turning vision into results. Highlights include: • Leading Tuks FM to win Campus Station of the Year during each year of my leadership. • Created award winning radio content that triumphed over leading commercial stations, including Metro FM, Kaya FM and Radio 702 in the same award category. • Managed all aspects of radio station’s business operations and strategy, reporting to a board and driving both editorial and business performance. • Overseeing broadcasted shows featured on SABC and private corporate platforms. Recently, I’ve expanded my digital toolkit through a Digital Marketing course via UCT to deepen my value in an increasingly hybrid media environment. Let’s collaborate to tell stories that matter and, make them impossible to ignore!
