I love people. I'm the one striking up conversation in the elevator or the line at the grocery store. Even more than people, I love bringing people together. I live for that moment when someone realizes there's more commonality than they thought, that the book hits closer to home than the cover had advertised. Of all the places to find this, the best I've yet found is on the sidelines of an engaging event.Imagine with me now, the last 24 hours before a product launch, a career-defining presentation, or a big interview. Everything is mostly buttoned-up, right? My second favorite part of events is that you often don't know what's going to happen in those last 24. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate when my best-laid plans go off without a hitch, but I thrive in that fast-paced, rapidly changing environment of extreme flexibility or non-stop problem-solving that sometimes surprises us at the last minute.I've gained experience across the board in event projects, gravitating towards C-Level client programs because of my perceptibility and attention to detail. I've spent time on both the operational and production sides of events, behind the scenes and center stage. I'm action-driven, far more likely to "do" than "talk about doing", and constantly competing against myself to be better than I was before.When I'm not working on events, you can find me on an airplane, with a good book and a glass of wine in hand, flying to see the people I love or meet new ones I know I'll soon love too.
