About Caitlyn Blais

I work in onboarding and operations within the staffing industry, where I help contractors move through the hiring and compliance process from offer acceptance to assignment start. My role focuses on coordinating high-volume onboarding while maintaining the documentation and eligibility requirements needed for both state laws and specific client needs. I partner with recruiters, account managers, and vendors to ensure all the logistical steps—from employment forms to system access—are completed accurately and on time.Through this work, I’ve developed a deep focus on the operational side of the hiring journey, specifically in areas like eligibility verification, policy compliance, and onboarding coordination. I’ve enjoyed being a reliable resource for my team when complex onboarding scenarios arise, and I’m always happy to step in to support leadership to ensure things keep running smoothly.I’m at my best in fast-paced environments where organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are what keep the process on track.
