I am currently an Operations Manager at SONY’s Alamo Drafthouse, the original industry-redefining movie theater/restaurant hybrid whose venues have now spread nationwide. Presently, I manage two departments: Service (55+ team) and Hiring/Training (100+ staff) while overseeing an average sales revenue of $8-$10 million per year within my venue. With over a decade of Operations experience, I have acquired valuable experience running venues and events of varying sizes while consistently maintaining fiscal goals via innovative labor structuring and teammate development. I'm proud to say my venue has the highest employee satisfaction rating in the company, and some of my personally developed initiatives have been adopted by other venues. I've developed a passion for staff development, project management, and team collaboration. I thrive in a multitasking environment and excel in my projects due to strong written and verbal communication practices whether working with a team or solitarily. A spreadsheet and calendar fanatic, my years of Administrative and Operational experience have made me adept at Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. In 2023, I was diagnosed with Cancer and am now dedicated to making each day count, usually through my love of having a project to work on and a book to read. While the film and service industry has been a solid comfort and support for me for almost two decades, I am sincerely looking to expand my resume and experience a new company, state, and workforce.
