About Caitlyn Rabe

I have worked fully remote in the digital health space for over 8 years, with roles focused on clinician management and onboarding, patient experience, practice operations, clinical quality, and people management. Throughout my time and roles at Array, I've had the opportunity to learn and practice the many moving parts of telehealth operations. I've seen firsthand the impact that making data-driven decisions can have on both the business and the patients we serve. Prior to Array, I spent some time in the education field. I earned my Masters in Education in 2015 from Wilmington University. My time in education opened my eyes to the lack of supports in place to help students thrive not only academically, but socially and emotionally. Above all of this, I am a mom to two amazing little humans. My journey to motherhood and my postpartum experience are huge motivators for the professional work I do day in and day out to transform access to quality mental health care.
