About Caitlyn Thomas

As a PhD student at the University of South Dakota, I am pursuing my passion for educational psychology, with a focus on adult learning and development. I have completed coursework in statistics, research methods, cognitive and social psychology, instructional design, and child development. I also have over five years of experience as a lead teacher at Kinder Academy, where I design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs for school age students. My experience as a graduate assistant has further honed my research and teaching skills. This role involves assisting professors, conducting literature reviews, and supporting research projects. These diverse experiences contribute to my understanding of educational psychology, and I am excited to continue my research and make meaningful contributions to the field.
