I consider myself a purposeful dreamer and creative doer. As a student at Miami University, studying Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship (Farmer School of Business), I balance a flair for innovation and development. My organizational leadership studies have given me the opportunity to understand a variety of concepts, such as efficiency, process improvement, target setting and accountability. Along with this focus, my entrepreneurial studies satisfy my spirit to dream, develop, and improve through opportunity. Direct professional experience in several departments including human resources, logistics, and operations with Shoreline Fruit LLC, has given me the opportunity to recruit and train employees, understand manufacturing operations, and maintain market segments.
