Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of providing leadership to a department comprised of 4 application support agents and 4 application engineers. In this role, I oversee the management of critical applications, including data mediation, billing, provisioning, and mobile payment systems. Additionally, I took charge of the administration of the underlying Oracle database systems.A significant part of my technical leadership involved serving as the Technical Lead in the mobile payment platform Pay.aw, where I played a pivotal role in its successful operation. I also contributed to the management of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Billing projects, demonstrating proficiency in project management and overseeing application and data integration using Microsoft Integration Services (SSIS).In the realm of certifications, I am proud to hold credentials as a Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2 Project Management professional, ITIL IT Service Management expert and an Oracle Professional Associate.My commitment to continuous learning is reflected in my academic pursuits. I have earned a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation Management. Currently, I am actively engaged in furthering my knowledge by pursuing a Bachelor's in Law.My areas of technical expertise encompass SQL Server Integration Services, certified proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, data mediation, Kenan FX (Billing), mobile payment solutions, and data extraction and analysis. Leveraging these skills, I have successfully provided valuable insights through management data and reports using SQL.I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring my wealth of experience and skills, coupled with my dedication to ongoing learning, to contribute to new challenges and projects.
