I am a public safety technology leader with deep experience in Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) networks, market management, and statewide system deployments. As Vice President of Market Management at INdigital, I work at the intersection of technology, policy, and people—helping states, PSAPs, and carriers design and implement resilient, future-ready ESiNet and NGCS solutions. My career began as a dispatcher and 911 director, giving me firsthand insight into the needs of telecommunicators and the communities they serve. Today, I focus on building partnerships, guiding PSAP migrations, and ensuring interoperability across carriers, CHE vendors, and value-added services like Text-to-911 and location technologies. I’m passionate about creating systems that are reliable in the moments that matter most, and about helping the industry anticipate and adapt to the challenges of tomorrow.
