About Caleb Deines

Coming up in age I have go through a myriad of different positions within a handful of jobs that have allowed me to expand my experience in many fields. I have been responsible for maintaining stock inventory as well as managing and training new employees during my time at Atomic Bowl. During my time there I have learned how to manage money, people, customer service skills, how to be flexible and how to handle situations that may not have an obvious answer. During covid my line of worked changed to where I would put my services to use as a Dietary Aide at Prestige Rehabilitation Center where I would be responsible for ensuring those under our care would be given food that was safe to eat regarding their specific diets ranging from solid food to mechanical. This allowed me to further increase my attention to detail and ability to handle high levels of stress in a small amount of time efficiently. Since I have started school in Fall 2021 I have been working under Greystar operating as a groundskeeper while it has kept my work ethic and attitude from slipping I am excited to begin shadowing some of my higher ups to begin my process into learning how to manage accounts and putting to use my planned Accounting/Economics degree. I am always looking for a chance to advance my position and skill set to become a more valuable worker for the company that will help guide me in my journey to become the best I can be.
