About Caleb Demoss

My team specializes in creating paradigm shifts for financial institutions through a disciplined, analytical framework that ultimately changes their reality. My favorite part about this work is the people I get to work with, both internally and externally. Within PT, I have been exposed to some of the most intelligent, kind, and humble people that I know. It isn’t perfect—no place is, but we certainly strive for excellence. How I spend my time and what I am fascinated with revolves around one fundamental question, “How can I live this life well?”. Out of this question flows many different aspects of my life. The most important is my faith, I am a follower of Jesus. This drives all other areas of my life, like how I prioritize time and treat my family and friends. My guiding principle is to love God and love others, a principle that I often fail to exemplify well but continually pursue. I try to pursue every endeavor in my life with excellence. Whether I am running an analysis for work, making a cocktail (or two), listening to music, working out, or playing with my kids, I want to be present and fully engaged in the moment. I hope to embody courage in all my interactions and am consistently inspired by the courage of others.
