About Caleb Dershem

As an Intermediate Applications and Infrastructure Analyst at Stellantis, I provide mission-critical IT and automation support to over employees in a unionized environment. I analyze vehicle manufacturing deficiencies, identify root causes, and implement plant system changes. I also manage and configure system servers, PLC code and hardware, and network interfaces. I'm pursuing a MS in Business Analytics and obtained my MBA with a Leadership Certificate at the University of Iowa, where I'm learning how to apply data-driven insights and strategies to solve various business needs. I'm passionate about bridging communication gaps, generating unique ideas, and collaborating with diverse teams. My goal is to find opportunities that align with my mission statement: to ensure that people feel safe and accepted while pursuing happiness.
