I am a marketing, human capital development professional and educational consultant. with work experience of over 14years, helping organisations like TechVantage, Oando(LNG section), C&N(CNG) etc to achieve set goals and objectives. Currently as the studies and Program officer for GL Consult,I develop and execute training programs that aids individuals in capacity development making them more effective individuals and also develop training programs that make organisations more productive and profitable by facilitating growth the human capital development quotient. I am proficient in facilitating capacity development in young graduates and established professionals. This ability has helped me develop the human capital of several organisations in the marketing and educational sectors. I have Trained over young individuals developing their capacity to become more effective professionals in their workplaces. As teamlead for several teams in marketing and educational sectors, have helped achieved sales targets and Project goal achievements that has led to over 70% increase in profits. As an education consultant,I offer consultancy services to Schools in -* Health and Safety for Schools -* School Administration and Marketing -* Career Counselling -* Teaching, and Teacher's Effectiveness. As a Guest Facilitator I have participated in a Training Workshop for School Heads and Owners organised by Ministry of Education,Ogun State 2019. And still a facilitates in various training platforms for School Heads and Teachers both at the zones and wards levels of the Ministry of Education in Lagos and Ogun state helping them to develop Effective Educational Teaching processes and ensuring they increase the quality of their service offering. I relish the challenge of venturing into uncharted areas career-wise, it affords me the opportunity in discovering new heights of creativity and depths of strength in going through challenging situations.
