About Caleb Fraser

I have served a five year enlistment in the US Navy on the submarine USS Chicago SSN 721 from 2013 to 2018. In my position I acquired skills such as leadership, organization, and being able to manage operations in a stressful environment. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to travel, and get a better understanding of how to interact with different types of people. I was also able to acquire the skills needed to accomplish any task within a limited amount of time. This experience has helped me learn to manage stressful situations and become a leader when called to do so. I worked for Heritage Woodworks as a quality control manager and delivery driver from 2019 to 2022. I handled the daily delivery of all cabinets going to various locations in the Hampton Roads area. I also interned for the Norfolk Admirals for the 2021-22 ECHL season specifically for marketing, ticket sales, and game day operations. I was an Inside Sales Rep for the Norfolk Admirals for the 2022-2023 season. I generated ticket sales through calls and e-mails to potential first time and possible second or third time buyers. I aimed to provide the best experience possible when anyone chooses to come out to a game. Over the course of the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons I was the Account Executive of Season Tickets with the Norfolk Admirals. I oversaw the entire season ticket program and provided customer service and input for all of our current and potential season ticket members. Beginning with the 2025-2026 season I am now the Ticket Plans Manager for the Norfolk Admirals. I aim to provide exceptional Custer service to our of our plan buyers to include our full Season Tickets and Partial Flex Plans. I manage our Ticket Plans team as we look to bring in any and all fans who are searching for the best ticket plan option tongue their needs.
