As a Computer Science student at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a member of the Burnett Honors College, I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems. With four summers of experience interning at Mercury Insurance within their Information Security team, I have honed my skills in cybersecurity and gained practical insights into the industry. In my coursework, I have actively contributed to building Knightrodex, a REACT MERN project where I specialized in API development. Our project integrated QR-code scanning for campus badge issuance, featured a robust friend-system, and included real-time user activity updates. This experience not only refined my technical abilities but also strengthened my collaborative skills within a team setting. Beyond academics, I am deeply interested in programming, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and DevSecOps methodologies. My enthusiasm for these areas was further highlighted when my team achieved victory in the COP 4516 Programming Team Contest, demonstrating our proficiency in solving algorithmic challenges under pressure. I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and contributing to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology and security.
