Hailing from Singapore, Caleb Goh brings a global perspective to real estate and strongly supports diversity and equity in his practice. Additionally, Caleb’s personal approach to sales is rooted in kindness, detail-orientation, and the art of avid listening. He genuinely enjoys getting to know clients to grasp what they desire out of a home purchase or sale. Caleb believes that the care taken to establish these bonds will build trust and allow for a deeper understanding of a client’s needs. A sustained relationship is built from satisfied clients who enjoy the process from start to close. Caleb has a PhD in musical theatre and has been directing plays and musicals regionally and internationally for over two decades. His extensive background in education and performance has equipped him with the skills to understand what clients desire when they are looking for their dream home or desiring to sell. His genuine joy derived from human connection has provided him with sensitivity to the needs of clients and what elements of home-buying or selling are significant to them. Caleb is also extremely patient with first-time home buyers and relishes educating them on the real estate industry, ultimately guiding them to the right home. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Caleb maintains a home in downtown Manhattan with his partner and two feline fur babies, Soya and Ube. He is an avid marathoner and cyclist, and in his free time, he enjoys going to the theatre, traveling, and trying foods from all over the world.
