It seems as if I’ve spent my entire life in Hospitality. My father was a GM and I fell in love with the industry immediately, starting in Guest Services at the age of 15 and I still have the same passion for serving Team Members, Owners and Guests 30 years later! I am a proven Leader, currently overseeing a 4 Diamond, Connie Award winning resort, and offer over 30 years of success turning good properties into great ones, while aligning its leaders and teams to the goals of the organization. I am not only effective in developing strategic, financial and operational plans, but also Award Winning Teams. My greatest strength is the ability of determining what it will take to successfully execute required plans and to deliver strong and sustainable performance results. In addition, these experiences have provided me with excellent communication skills for succeeding in this field. I can easily arrange contracts with every service and vendor, and monitor all activities for making sure that proper and complete work is done every time. I have vast knowledge in Team building, succession planning and cultivating a World Class Service Culture.
