About Caleb Harman

I am an artist, designer, and illustrator with an educational background in Art. I have experience in layout design (digital and print), illustration (digital and physical media), production art, art preparation (for print and screen print), color separations, photography and photo editing, some sound and video editing as well. My experience includes team management in both studio and service work environments. I have been responsible for various administrative duties including inventory management, purchasing, payroll, employee interviews, employee onboarding, financial reporting, and Title IX training. During my time as an acting Creative Director I was responsible for maintaining company standards of the art department which included development of art content, assessing composition, use of color, use of typography, use of other visual elements, and printability of design. I am also tasked with quality control checking on proof and color separations, on-press art fixes, project management, client to artist relations, and special project delegation. I was also responsible for requested print material including brochures, advertisements, and catalogs. I take it upon myself to provide resources to assist the creative team in growing their talents in illustration and design. My personal goals as Creative Director is to assist the team in developing their technical and visual knowledge of design through providing constructive critique, assistance in solving visual and technical problems, and provide a supportive work environment that fosters creativity, diversity, collaborative working relationships, and celebrates growth mindset.
