Caleb Hartzler has been in the New York City real estate industry for ten years. For the past three years, he has been an integral part of the sales and marketing team at Alchemy Properties. Caleb has experience with both new condominium developments and high-end residential re-sales. Over the course of his career, Caleb had been involved in over 1 billion dollars’ worth of marketing and sales efforts. Caleb is thrilled to be working on Alchemy’s newest development, 250 West 81st Street. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern, this boutique collection of 31 condominium residences, ranging from 2-5 bedrooms, is considered to be the most exciting new property on the Upper West Side. As Sales Director, Caleb facilitates predevelopment and onsite sales and is actively involved creating marketing campaigns and materials. He has worked closely with architects to develop building design, unit mix and layouts, finishes and amenity packages. Additional duties include broker outreach, branding, public relations, advertising, event creation organization, potential equity partner tours and interfacing with existing equity partners on a daily basis. Other projects include The NOMA 50 West 30th Street, The Woolworth Tower Residences, 35XV, and 20 Pine the collection. Caleb's extensive knowledge of New York City's complex real estate market, coupled with an engaging and dynamic personality, have earned him the confidence and loyalty of his superiors, colleagues, and customers alike. Caleb has cultivated a sphere of deeply trusting relationships - both personal and professional - that have forged partnerships directly benefiting projects’ marketing and sales efforts with an elevated sense of connectivity. Caleb first moved to NYC in 2004 and worked for six years as an international model, walking for notable designers such as Calvin Klein, Thom Browne and Prada.
