I am passionate about helping organizations and individuals fulfill their goals and reach their highest potential. I am a continual learner who loves to dive right into the "how can we be better" conversations. I thrive in big picture strategy, figuring out how to best accomplish the mission by using the strengths of the people on the team. My top 5 strengths are: Activator | Responsibility | Futuristic | Individualization | Learner Working Geniuses – Wonder, Discernment Working Competencies – Invention, Galvanizing Working Frustrations – Tenacity, Enablement I am a Jesus follower and have served in local church ministry for the last 7 years at First Assembly of God in Fort Wayne, IN. The first 5 years were as a Worship Pastor focused on team management, development and engagement. The next 2 years were focused on strategy for staff vision alignment and volunteer engagement. My most recent position was an operations role entitled Strategic/Systems Analyst. This role quickly established in me the talents of prioritizing tasks, leading organizational change, and finding solutions to eliminate the obstacles in the way of the Church fulfilling our Mission. My experience has enabled me to develop skills in such key areas: • Strategic Planning • Interdenominational Networking • Vision-alignment I am a father of two beautiful daughters that (thankfully) take after their gorgeous mother, my wife, Sarah.(See her beautiful smile in my profile picture).
