I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Texas A&M University and more than three years of experience in the nuclear security and defense sector. I have strong research skills, time management skills, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, which enable me to manage multiple R&D projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and present the outcomes and impacts of the technology transfer initiatives. My core competencies include project management, technology assessment, intellectual property management, and contract negotiation. I am passionate about advancing the mission of the Pantex Plant, which is to maintain the safety, security, and reliability of the U.S. nuclear stockpile. I am also committed to fostering collaboration and innovation across the field of nuclear engineering and enhancing the economic and social benefits of technology transfer.
