About Caleb Kallander

Coming from a wide variety of jobs and experience, I have practiced extensive communication skills, positive attitude towards peers and unexpected changes in the workplace/workday, the ability to adapt and learn quickly to new fields or styles of work, as well as general team-player skills. Construction and commercial fishing has taught me about innovation, intensive work, and long days. I have received excellent practice in communication and social skills with my bartending and restaurant server experience; as well as proficiency in high stress environments, team skills, and understanding the necessity of a positive attitude amidst those high stress situations. Having had to do some extensive driving for the Italian car show I work at annually, I have practiced considerable navigation and driving skills, considering the length of truck and trailer I have hauled. Overall, I feel as if I am well equipped to handle most jobs, and my present and former employers would confidently agree with me. I believe that, at the core, ethics, attitude, and determination are the foundation of excellence, and by these pillars I conduct myself in and outside of the workplace.
