About Caleb King

During my years of being in the workforce I have obtained many skills and have acquired much valuable experience in a wide range of fields/industries. Most of my experience comes from working with a local maintenance company. During my time with this company I was trained 1 on 1 in many trades like Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, Electrical work, Installation of (sinks, showers, water heaters, window and doors) Anything from laying laminate flooring all the way to welding up handrails for stairs or porches. I learned much general knowledge on how houses, hotels and apartments operate as far as looking at future problems at a preventative standpoint along with the solutions to fix whatever problem has already occurred either due to weather, damage from a guest or resident or just wear and tear from over the years. Overtime some things need to be replaced but most of the time they just need to be maintained. After my years of experience in the Preventative maintenance field I worked a couple of different jobs which provided great experience in many areas. Those positions include-Quality Control (Inspection) & Machine Operating -Palletizing, Packing, Shipping & Receiving -Welding and grinding -Warehouse work & General labor (loading trucks, running forklifts & pallet jacks)-Furniture Assembly and Spring up, gluing foam, Sanding and spraying arms and legs & some upholstery -Manufacturing Plastics (Extrusion)-Experience driving a box truck and backing into very slim dock areas -Pouring and finishing Concrete -Building small decks/Porches -Pressure Washing All in all I have a great work ethic and anything that I do is to the best of my ability. whether it be building a house or sweeping up trash at the end of a workday. I believe in a honest and hard days work to pay my bills and take care of my family. I have many good references from previous employers and have always left on good terms anytime I have parted from a company. I can and WILL be a great asset to any company given the opportunity of employment. Thank you for taking the time to read about my skills and work experience.
