About Caleb Kipps

I love finding innovative and new ways to do commonly done tasks. I would also call myself an originator, as I am trying to mesh together two uncommonly paired degrees further discussed below. I enjoy trying new things, currently me and my roommate have a pact to try a different restaurant/activity every weekend though sky diving will never be on the list. As far as work experience goes, I have an extensive career history in Property Management. For the past 8 years I have worked with a property management company out of Blacksburg VA that currently manages around 700 multifamily, single family, and commercial properties. In this work, I have been cross trained in accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance. I love real estate seeing as though this has made up a vast majority of my working experience. I am a Radford University Alumni, Class of 2021 (Go Highlanders!). I have my B.A. in Anthropology. This means that I LOVE people. I have always found the study of people and culture very interesting. This makes in person conversation with me both fascinating and enjoyable, as I usually can relate to/understand all people and all fields of study/work as long as they involve people! Toward the end of my time at Radford University, I became interested in the use of Cultural Anthropological methods (AKA Ethnography) in business, particularly in Expat, Patriotization, and Human Resources. Said interest is what has led me to Georgia State University to further my study in business, particularly international business.
