About Caleb Lehman

Hello! I'm Caleb Lehman, a student at Miami University's Farmer School of Business, currently active in a Human Resources Programs and Practices internship at DHL Supply Chain. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Capital Management & Leadership with a Minor in Spanish. My academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence, being honored with the Miami University Rethawk Academic Scholarship. As a proud member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi social fraternity, I've established valuable connections within the business community and currently serve as the Philanthropy chair. Beyond academics, I am a hardworking individual with a diverse skill set gained through my current and previous job roles These experiences have honed my skills in customer service, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I work very well with teams, and always have an idea on my mind of what to do next. Aside from paid work, I am also passionate about giving back to the community. I volunteer at Celebrating One, a local non-profit, where I use. my skills in Adobe Illustrator and Canva for marketing, utilizing my online business to raise funds through donated items. Additionally, I send letters of inspiration to those in need. My five years with Celebrating One have been fulfilling, and I am proud to contribute to the organization's mission of supporting single women with children facing financial challenges.
