About Caleb M. Hansen

My philosophy of nursing is focused on providing quality care to the patient. In order to do so I must be confident in myself and my abilities as a nurse. This will allow for a relationship of trust and openness between myself and those that I serve. Another important part of my nursing philosophy is to enjoy what I do. Therefore I try to make the work environment fun when appropriate. With a background of starting out as a CNA I feel like I am able to relate with the staff that I work with. This allows me to immediately command respect while working the floor. Also, having spent time working in medical records I’ve been forced to use the operating system PointClickCare on a much higher level than most nursing staff. With these two unique backgrounds I feel that a I am well suited for a larger role within Haven of Safford, and that I am the only person with this work experience.
