About Caleb Mohon

Most CIOs and CFOs I work with have the same challenge: too many systems, too much legacy, and growing pressure to “do something with AI” – without breaking the business.I help organisations move from reactive IT and fragmented data to a practical, outcome-driven roadmap: simplifying core systems, unlocking trusted data, and using Microsoft Cloud & AI to deliver measurable results – not just slideware. The Executive Teams I work with face the same challenge: too many systems, too much legacy, and growing pressure to show progress with data and AI without increasing risk. The result is slow delivery, inconsistent insight, and an IT estate that drags instead of enabling.I help organisations cut through this complexity. My focus is on practical, outcome-driven transformation—simplifying core systems, aligning architecture with business priorities, unlocking trustworthy data, and introducing AI in controlled, value-adding increments.Over the past 20+ years, I’ve delivered this across government, logistics, retail, finance and technology. From modernising legacy estates to shaping data strategies and embedding cloud and AI capabilities, my work enables leaders to move faster, make better decisions, and get measurable impact from their technology investments.
