I’m a people-loving, results-driven HR professional with a solid background in accounting, which basically means I can speak both human and spreadsheet. I’ve worked across HR, talent development, and accounting, and I genuinely love helping organizations build cultures where people thrive and the business runs smoothly. I do my best work in environments where HR is more than just a support function. I like to roll up my sleeves and build people systems that actually make life easier, not more complicated. I’m all about creating structures that support growth, center equity, and make work feel just a little more human. My accounting background helps me keep things grounded in data and tied to business outcomes, without losing sight of the people behind the numbers. I’m also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and I care deeply about building workplaces where everyone feels respected, safe, and genuinely included. Inclusive leadership is more than a best practice, it is essential to a strong and lasting culture. Right now, I’m gearing up to take the SPHR exam. I’ve been approved by HRCI and plan to test in late May or early June 2025. I stay nerdy about employment law and HR trends because keeping up is part of showing up.
