I geek out about research for real. I think the planning stage, deciding what questions you want to ask and how you're gonna ask them is my favorite part - an opportunity to really be creative. I have a slew of methodologies in my toolbelt, from in-depth interviews to eye tracking, ethnography to journey mapping. I'm also skilled in data analysis with experience with SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and SPSS. Doing research is a big responsibility; you're frequently learning subtle or intimate knowledge from those you study. I take representing and advocating for the voice of the customer (VOC) very seriously. I want to be an agent for good and I do that by giving a voice to the many. That's what research is. And I rock at it. I wanna talk to your customers for you. I'll find out what they really think.
