About Caleb Rath

I've been working 5+ years doing software development and general IT for a Fruit Packaging Warehouse. Main languages are C#, XAML, Javascript, HTML and css. A highlight of my software development are a payroll system built from the ground up using biometrics, solar power, databases, webservices, web applications, desktop applications, and reports. The payroll system supports over employees on a weekly basis and is easy and intuitive for managers to keep track of their employees hours.Another project I've worked on was a Fruit Texture Analyzer interface for the apple quality control lab. This desktop application interfaced with the GUSS FTA to grab weights and firmness and store them in a SQL database. This data is reported to the packing line operators used to decide how long this fruit can be stored for and more samples are taken at different times during storage to monitor how the fruit in cold rooms is holding up over time. I also have experience with troubleshooting and programming PLCs, handheld scanners, mobile phones, label applicators, and printers.
