I bring a wide range of experiences from across the hospitality, food, and food safety spectrum. This gives me unique perspective when facing any situation. I am hands on and I refuse to ask anyone to do a job that I have not done myself- In hospitality, I will always consider the customer's experience- In food, I will always remember that the food is why the customer is here in the first place. Not because of me or anyone else- In food safety, I will always understand that if the food isn't safe then nothing else matters. I am only as good as the team that I lead. I prioritize my people and helping them to grow and achieve their own personal and professional goals. My team's personal successes are important to me. In helping them grow, I create an environment where failure is seen as a learning opportunity. Where people feel safe to confront me if I'm wrong. Where we can all be authentically ourselves.
