About Caleb Smith

I am an accounting student at the University of West Georgia pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with plans to graduate in Fall 2026. I have built a strong foundation in financial reporting, personal tax, and accounting principles, and I am preparing to pursue my CPA certification.I have hands-on experience with Excel and enjoy using these skills to solve problems and improve efficiency. I currently serve as President of the Accounting Club, where I organize professional development events and connect students with accounting professionals. These experiences have helped me strengthen my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, which I know will be valuable throughout my accounting career. In November, I will begin working as a Winter Accounting Intern at RaceTrac, where I look forward to gaining real world experience and continuing to grow as an accounting professional. I take pride in my integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. My goal is to continue learning, contribute to my team’s success, and build a long-term career in accounting.
