About Caleb Steele

Working with innovative technologies to increase sustainability and improve our environmental position is my passion. I am an aspiring new leader driven by a growth mindset dedicated to ensuring the success and forward development of all projects and endeavours I participate in. My experience ranges from CCUS and carbon markets to oil & gas, automotive, and Government Military operations. STRENGTH: My greatest strengths are empathy, active listening, and adaptability, which I developed at CarbonCure by navigating a diverse set of stakeholders needs to create value added solutions. As well as collaboration and integration within a team environment, which was strongly developed through my time spent as a team lead on the Western Formula Racing team. However my greatest strength would be my desire to continuously learn and grow in all aspects of life and especially within new and innovative business settings. EXPERTISE: CCUS, carbon markets, data analysis, project management, conceptual and detailed design, design validation and verification, test plan development, technical report writing, verbal and written communication, prototyping, quality assurance, failure analysis, health and safety.
