As a purpose-driven professional with over a decade of experience across national service, higher education, and global education sectors, I thrive at the intersection of community engagement, intercultural learning, and organizational strategy. I bring a unique blend of field-based experience, cross-cultural fluency, and institutional insight - shaped by leading teams, managing federal programs, mentoring students, and building sustainable partnerships across borders. Currently serving as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Bogotá, Colombia, I support Colombian students and families as they explore U.S. college admissions, strengthen their English proficiency, and develop intercultural competencies. Prior to this role, I led national recruitment strategy for AmeriCorps, where I designed inclusive outreach campaigns, trained grantees, and strengthened pipelines for diverse applicant pools, all while aligning efforts with national goals and compliance standards. I spent several years at The George Washington University managing Jumpstart’s early education AmeriCorps program, mentoring over 300 students, ensuring grant compliance, and embedding community-engaged learning across campus and preschool partnerships. Whether mentoring college students, facilitating workshops on cross-cultural engagement, or reviewing grant proposals at Peace Corps HQ, I aim to build inclusive, student-centered, and equity-driven systems that advance access and opportunity. Certified in Project Management (Google) and Fundraising (CFRE), with a Master’s in International Education and a BA in International Affairs, I am passionate about guiding institutions and individuals toward transformative, high-impact outcomes.
