Because I find strong leadership to be based in mutual respect, I go out of my way to maintain a professional but, affable personality that has helped me communicate with principals, dignitaries, celebrities, vendors, and staff alike. Having worked in both the private as well as public sectors, I have honed the ability to effectively manage both large and small staffs. I am a team player that prefers to promote an environment of collaboration while at the same time empowering those under my leadership to independently take knowledge and experience based initiative. With a high attention to detail, it is my priority that things are done efficiently and done well whether that is overseeing sweeping the floor or a down to the studs renovation. My experience in luxury sales has also instilled an above and beyond mindset that can be applied to every aspect of my work.
