Hello, my name is Caleigh I'm a Program Manager in the tech space, with 8 years of Shopify experience. I have an extensive background in Customer Support and Workforce Management, but my passion is project managing. I have a long history of successful projects and initiatives. I'm skilled at creating systems in structureless environments (in fact I love it!). Always finding the answers to the right questions. I have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Am attentive to risk, and constantly creating backup plans. Comfortable in high pressure situations, while providing the highest standard of excellence. I've also had multiple years of high impact reviews. I was based out of Toronto but recently moved to Oro Medonte and have been WFH for 8 years now. In my spare time, you can find me riding my bike, gardening and exploring my new neighbourhood. My goals for the future involve continuing to work in the Project Management space and getting the chance to grow with a new company.
