About Cali Bleakley

I am a Quality Assurance Team Leader over the ACA, Benefits to Carrier and Garnishments modules at Paycom. As a team leader, I focus on Agile best practices and people first management in my day-to-day work. My time with Paycom has afforded me with so many opportunities to learn and grow as an employee, a leader, and as a software quality analyst. I have found a true passion in the software technology industry that I never expected to have. The future of Software Quality Testing is testing automation and I continue to dig deeper to learn more about the subject so I can help to shape my testers and the department as a whole. As a leader, I strive to meet my employees where they are, individually. This means broadening my horizons to having more than one leadership style and helping them to adapt to change. While growing as a leader, my goal is to keep people-first mindset.
