As a Senior Corporate Recruiter/HR at CFS Brands, I fill internal staffing needs for both salary and hourly roles at CFS locations worldwide, conduct weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers, and stay up to date on labor laws and SOPs. I assist with the implementation process from ADP Vantage to ADP Workforce Now, arrange employee engagement activities, and facilitate all offer letters and background checks.
