About Cali Scott

I am passionate about design - I love how materials can tell stories, colors can express complex emotion and design innovation can lead to products that are better because they are sustainable. I love the human connection and empathy inherent in design and an opportunity to truly get to understand a users drivers, desires, needs, and culture. It is hard to beat watching a user react to a product I designed and seeing their excitement grow as they discover, consciously and subconsciously, all of the details I worked hard to get just right. A self-proclaimed nerd who loves math, engineering, and design, I am energized by challenging and open-ended problems. I love working in passionate teams and see great value in bringing diverse knowledge together to problem solve. Self-motivated and hardworking I always try to bring my best to every team I join and hope to motivate those around me.
