About Calin Bocsitan

I have hand-on experience in all the stages of the development lifecycle: from pre-sales to gathering requirements and analysis, to refinement and planning, design, implementation and maintenance. Lately I have been defining solutions that meet complex business requirements for mission-critical systems and drove them to completions leveraging my architecture, development, leadership, communication skills. Since I have started my IT career I’ve worked in multinational team, located in Europe, Asia, India, Americas and had the opportunity to interact with multiple cultures and multiple roles, ranging from technical people to top level executives and found it quite challenging to model the narrative on the person I was speaking with. Along the way I have been a Java developer, an integration developer, a support engineer, team lead, project manager, coach, teacher, designer, architect. Specialities: Architecture (solution, integration), design, SOA, Web and REST services, Java EE, JMS, JMX, JPA, BPMN, BPEL, RDBMS.
