About Calin Lupo

I started my career in NGOs, where resources were tight, problems were big, and collaboration was the only way forward. That’s where I learned that leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about creating clarity, trust, and momentum when there isn’t enough of any of them. From there, I moved into corporate environments and later the gaming industry, where I had the chance to lead teams of 5 to 150 people, manage budgets up to $20M, and work across industries like healthcare, fintech, retail and now gaming. Each step taught me the same lesson: processes, strategies, and tools matter — but people are what make or break execution. Today, as COO of a growing gaming studio, I focus on scaling operations without losing culture, building partnerships that last, and helping talented teams deliver products that punch above their weight. I thrive where complexity meets creativity — whether that’s solving an operational bottleneck, turning data into direction, or finding the balance between innovation and execution. What drives me is simple: seeing people, products, and companies grow faster, stronger, and smarter than they thought possible.
