About Caline Tchapguem

The great adventure started ten years ago when I joined the Manpower France International Account Department as a sales coordinator after completing a master degree in International Business Development. Within the company I took all the opportunities that were offered to learn and develop both hard and soft skills within the B2B sales environment. I was rapidly promoted as international account manager in charge of developing and maintaining international partnerships with key accounts and took over various responsibilities within the corporate sales department. After Manpower, my professional journey took me to AXA France that I joined as a sales representative in 2016. Fully equipped with one of the best-in class professional training program in life insurance, I was in charge of building strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure sales growth. Life being also filled with setbacks and challenges, in the middle of the journey I was thrown in battlefields where all my foundations and beliefs were challenged and shaken. There I learned, I learned how to fight, I learned how to fall down and get back up again, I learned how to resist and I learned how to turn failure into growth opportunities. The great adventure is still on, and now I am giving my best and I am doing my utmost in order to be a great asset to this company that I proudly represent.
