About Callen Silvi

Junior/Senior at University of Colorado Boulder (2020-2024) Major: Poli Science Minor: Business Real Estate I am a fourth-year political science major and business minor at The University of Boulder Colorado, and I expect to graduate by December 2024. Growing up in a family deeply involved, it has long been a passion of mine to get involved with real estate and obtain a master's in Real Estate after I graduate and a Real Estate license in the PA and NJ area. Previously, I interned for two summers at Diller and Fisher Realtors in New Jersey since finishing my sophomore year in 2022. During my internship, I helped manage their online marketing and refined my customer relationship skills, handyman skills, and critical property management skills. I am seeking an internship or entry-level position in 2024 in real estate management to understand the rental market further, learn how to find clients and properties, understand necessary procedures and processes, and develop a solid real estate foundation and background. My most vital attributes are that I'm a curious learner, a hard worker, and an honest and loyal employee to any team. I'm passionate about helping others, especially in the real estate world. I would be grateful for an opportunity to evolve my understanding of the commercial and residential world.
