Special Accomplishments: • Designed a robust, in-house CRM system from the ground up to ensure that it met the specific needs of LJA Engineering and its Project Managers. The needs have changed over time as the company began new initiatives where redesign was needed. • Helped create the LJA podcast, LJA On Air, including scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing. • Received the 2019 PAC Volunteer of the Year award from Associated Builders and Contractors. • Coordinated 2016, 2017, and 2018 fundraising years for the Associated Builders and Contractor's (ABC) Political Action Committee seeing a 30% increase in funds raised and more than doubled the number of contributors. • Initiated, coordinated, and facilitated the activities of several ABC committees, most noticeably the Young Professionals group, by steering the committee toward goals that would increase their success and productivity. This included the coordination between the committee and a local philanthropy group for an ongoing community service project, the creation of a new series of professional development seminars within the association, and the planning of the group’s annual fundraising event. • Planned and coordinated a successful new Young Professional Personal Leadership Program which grossed over • Brought ABC into mutually beneficial partnerships within the industry such as the Houston Fall Prevention Alliance, Construction Safety Network, the University of Texas at Arlington OSHA Training Institute, and the University of South Florida Health.
