I received my BS in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and have since completed the Dietetic Internship portion of the Master's and Dietetic Internship program for Nutritional Science and Dietetics at BYU. I plan to complete the remaining course work of the Master's Degree by April of 2024. I am working on a research project on the possibilities of nutritional interventions on the health and well-being of individuals living in the transitional housing units at the Provo Food and Care Coalition.
