About Callista Gerling

As a student soon going into her 5th year at Edwards working to the completion of my B.Comm with an HR major, I have found that my favourite moments of my undergrad have always come from the groups and clubs I have joined. As such I have endeavoured to take part in many different groups across campus and the responsibilities that comes with it. I am very much looking forward to my final year at Edwards within all my roles and be an involved and dedicated Edwards student. At Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan I started out in a co-op position before being offered the newly created position of labour relations coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. In my work at HSAS I support the labour realtions officers in their role representing members while aiding in contract interpretation, dealing with surface level inquiries into the collective agreement, and reviewing and approving various requests.
