About Callum Bruford

I lead WHS Service Delivery at Work Science, a risk management consulting firm. I guide teams of specialist consultants to help organisations meet their safety goals in practical, measurable ways. My focus is on orchestrating the right expertise and resources to tackle complex projects—whether we’re embedding hazard controls at the design stage, leading tailored assurance programs, or adopting modern safety practices that encourage prevention and continual improvement. Drawing on Work Science’s 20 years of in-depth insights and proprietary tools, my role is to ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish, align with legislative standards, and genuinely lift safety performance. I work closely with government agencies, major corporations, and high-risk industries, building trusted relationships through clear communication and reliable results. If you’re seeking strategic WHS leadership combined with a pragmatic, client-focused approach, I’m here to collaborate and deliver solutions that protect people and enhance organisational resilience. Key sectors: Government, manufacturing, datacentres, construction, property, entertainment, among others.
