About Callum Lee

I am an Energy Strategy Manager with an MSc in International Business and a focus on delivering measurable energy and carbon reductions for multi-site organisations. My work centres on helping businesses in hospitality, leisure, and stadia align ESG commitments with operational reality, turning sustainability ambitions into practical outcomes at site level. My academic foundation in business strategy and marketing, combined with international study at HWR Berlin, gave me a strong commercial and global perspective early in my career. This outlook was strengthened by operational leadership experience in Australia’s hospitality industry, where I gained first-hand insight into the challenges of efficiency, margin pressure, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.Today, I apply that perspective to energy and sustainability strategy, working with multi-site organisations in hospitality, leisure, and stadia to translate ESG commitments into measurable reductions in energy use, costs, and carbon emissions.Certified Carbon Literate, I bring a sustainability-first approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills, helping organisations connect long-term environmental goals with day-to-day performance.
