He has talked with suppliers, inspected incoming and used tooling, coordinated with Ferguson, coordinated with production for testing, performed the physical tests, documented the results, and shared results with the team." Calvin did not sit back and just let his programs live on their own. He inserted himself with the folks on the floor. Calvin's availability, even after hours, did not go unrecognized. Integrity - Calvin showed our core value of Integrity during this project by humbling himself to recognize when changes to the programming needed to be changed. Calvin was able to separate personal pride for the betterment of the team and do the right thing to keep the project moving forward.
